About This Service
Full planning means we are responsible for the whole thing, from the first conversation about budget to the last supplier invoice after you have flown home. In practice that is: finding the venue that actually fits your guest count and your date rather than the one that photographs best, assembling a team we have worked with before, designing the day as one idea carried through rather than a set of decorations, handling the paperwork for your nationality, and being on site from the morning until the last guest leaves. Most couples come to us for this. It is also the format where the difference between a planner who lives here and one who coordinates from another country shows up most clearly — usually at seven in the morning, when something needs solving before anyone else notices.

What This Includes
Questions
How far in advance should we book a planner?
Twelve to eighteen months for most weddings, and closer to twenty-four if you want a specific venue on a Saturday in June or September. The planner is rarely the constraint — the venue is.
What does full planning include?
Venue search, supplier selection and contracts, design, guest logistics, the legal paperwork for your nationality, and being on site on the day. In short, everything between the first call and the last invoice.
Do you work with couples who live abroad?
Almost exclusively. Most of our couples visit Sicily once or twice before the wedding, and some not at all until the week itself, so the whole process is built to work that way.
