Contact form. When you send an enquiry we process the data you enter — name, email, phone, type of event, preferred location, number of guests and your message — to reply to you and, if you proceed, to plan your event. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we process the data you provide to respond to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Browsing data. The hosting server records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) in its logs for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics and marketing cookies — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). See section 5.

Formspree, Inc. (USA) delivers the contact-form messages to our mailbox and acts as our processor.

Hostinger International Ltd. hosts the site.

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) receive data only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

Data is not sold and is not shared with other third parties except where required by law or with suppliers involved in an event you have engaged us for.

Some providers (Formspree, Google, Meta) may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) are small pieces of data stored on your device. We use three categories:

Necessary — required for the site to work (your language choice, your cookie preference). They cannot be switched off and need no consent.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4, activated only after you accept. It produces aggregated statistics on visits and pages viewed; IP addresses are not stored by GA4.

Marketing — Meta Pixel, activated only after you accept. It measures the results of our Instagram and Facebook campaigns and may be used by Meta to show you relevant content on its platforms.

Optional cookies are blocked by default. You choose in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button at the end of this page. Your choice is kept for six months. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

Enquiries that do not lead to an event: up to 24 months from the last contact. Client data: for the duration of the engagement and then for the period required by Italian tax and civil law (generally 10 years). Server logs: as set by the hosting provider, normally a few weeks. Cookies: see the table below.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

This site is addressed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
