About This Service
Some couples plan the wedding themselves and want someone to run the day. That is a narrower job than full planning but not an easier one: everything has already been decided, often by email, and none of the suppliers have met each other. We take over four to six weeks before the date. That means reading every contract you have signed, confirming what each supplier actually believes they are delivering — the answers differ more often than people expect — building the timeline hour by hour, and briefing the venue on it. On the day we are on site from setup, so that you are the only two people there who do not have a phone in their hand.

When do you take over?
Four to six weeks before the date. That is enough time to read the contracts, confirm what each supplier believes they are delivering and build the timeline — and not so early that you are paying for planning you have already done.
What if we have not booked everything yet?
Then coordination is the wrong service. If suppliers are still missing we would rather step in as partial planning, otherwise you end up with gaps nobody owns.
Are you there for the whole day?
From setup in the morning until the last guest leaves. The point of the service is that nobody in your family has to hold a phone.
