Nel Silenzio dei Sensi is a curated immersive evening where guests are guided through a multi-sensory journey, engaging all five senses. Blindfolded dining heightens taste, sound, touch and awareness, while live classical music, visual performance art and narrative storytelling unfold around them. Led by a chef and brought to life through a carefully choreographed interplay of performers, music, movement, light, aroma, texture and flavour, the experience invites guests to perceive the evening beyond sight alone. The traditional structure of a dinner gradually dissolves, creating an immersive world where emotion, atmosphere and sensation become part of the experience itself.
